We greatly appreciate your business here at Ulrich Meat Market. We strive to give you unparalleled products and service. As fellow hunters ourselves we understand some of the concerns when it comes to handling your products.

Our prices are based on the raw product weight prior to processing.

We understand the desire to keep your product separate. We will offer to keep your product separate for a premium fee of $30 per individual product being ordered. To request this option, we do require that you supply 20 pounds of product for each individual product. Product not requested separate or meeting minimum weight requirements may be co-mingled with other customers.

Due to state government regulations, we cannot adjust our recipes for your individual need. We have pre-approved recipes that cannot be altered.

Treating your venison with care will yield a high-quality product. Please DO NOT use garbage bags, as these are not intended for food use, and may contain chemicals that can damage the quality of your product. We do have food grade bags available for purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any product that we deem unclean or unsafe for production and your consumption. We will contact you for return or disposal concerns.
