**HOLIDAY, NOTE** Our store will be closed for Thanksgiving, November 23, as well as many shipping services. This will interrupt your shipment deliveries. All orders received November 18-26 will be held until November 27. If you would like to guarantee delivery or expedited service please select expedited shipping service as desired.
Also please note that orders for Christmas delivery should be placed by December 11. All orders received December 12-January 1 will be held and sent out January 2.
Orders shipped in order of receipt. We ship Monday-Wednesday via UPS or FedEx Delivery with exceptions to holiday interference. Please make a specific note to request otherwise, if desired. Orders shall arrive in 2-4 days packed in a cooler with ice packs. If you have any questions, please contact us. All orders received Wed-Sun are prepped and held for shipment processing on Mondays.
Shipping food items can be a complicated and costly process. We attempt to manage all of those details well and pass on only necessary costs to the consumer, we appreciate your understanding and business. Thank you for allowing us to serve you well.
Shipping is a difficult process at times. We do all we can to ensure you will get your order in a timely and satisfactory manner. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, please let us know. We evaluate all shipments and timing as we process each one. During holiday weeks and other peak times we may have to delay to the following Monday to serve you best. Contact us with any questions you may have.
If you have a concern about the temperature of a product and it's safety upon arrival of a shipment, please use a meat thermometer and document, with pictures, the internal temperature of box contents and items as they are being unboxed. This documentation will be required if a refund or replacement shipment is asked for.
