Whole Boneless Pork Shoulder
Soak in a Brine of 1/2c vinegar, 1 Tbsp salt, adding enough water that solution covers all of meat, 6 hours or overnight.
Can cover with preference of rubs before placing on smoker.
Smoke on Smokin' Brothers grill at 225 for approx 90 minutes per pound of shoulder.
Monitor temperature as it passes 165 as it will start to get tender at approx 190 internal temperature, pull from heat and cut or shred as desired.
Once shredded, can mix or top with desired sauce.
