1 pound - Ulrich Pork Sausage
2 pound - Ulrich Bacon
24oz - Hashbrowns (shredded or diced, to your preference)
1 dozen - Eggs
16oz - Shredded Cheese, Colby Jack (or your preference)
Slice bacon into small pieces, can leave some whole to top casserole but not necessary, cook bacon and sausage in cast iron pan or dutch oven until nicely browned and crumbled.
Add potatoes to meat mixture and "fry" the potatoes to cook level as desired.
Scramble eggs, add milk if so desired.
Add scrambled eggs to meat and potato mixture. Stir as needed to cook thoroughly.
Mix in shredded cheese just before serving, saving a little for to sprinkle over the top.
