Hi. I hate to ask this. But I didn't see any source of nutritional information for the dried beef -- and as a hypertension victim, I need to pay close attention to my sodium consumption. And unfortunately, processed foods such as dried beef are usually heavily salted. I'd love to learn that Ulrich is the rare exception. Thanks, Todd
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, sadly, we are in that category as well. I don't have the exact level of sodium in a serving, we have not done a nutritional assessment on the dried beef. But it is a cured meat and is likely outside of the range of what you are looking for.
