Frisian Farm Gouda (Aged)

Frisian Farm Gouda is a locally made favorite! This aged option is a full-flavored gouda that develops in a 12–18-month aging process. Take note that due to this style of gouda and the aging process that the "center of the wheel" will be a softer smoother cheese while the "outside of the wheel" is firmer and dryer. That means that each wedge features an inner portion that is softer and smoother while the outside is harder. The wedge as a whole is consumable and delicious, it will melt great in your cooking and the outer edge adds an ability to be nicely grated to sprinkle on top of salads or dishes of your choosing.
